Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all certification documents intact to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton along with all original diamond certificates and receipts.

  Ship with Tracking

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
